Had my Generac standby generator stop working On the weekend called Speedy left a message on their phone and Monday morning at 8 am they were at my home and diagnosed the problem, repaired the problem and had it repaired before noon. Paul and his team both on the ground and in the office are exceptional to deal with. The final invoice was actually a little less than their quote. The whole experience was very seamless and professional. Paul’s quote was very detailed and complete. Brandon and his assistant were very competent and had the installation completed with a few hours with little disruption. Steph and Cheryl were very helpful with the warranty process. This company is fantastic. We were having issues with our new Generac which was not installed by Speedy. When I contacted the office, Cheryl immediately booked a service appointment. Brandon called us back right away and practically diagnosed the issue over the phone. He then showed up on time, and had it promptly repaired. Not only was he extremely professional and courteous, but very reassuring and confident. Speedy Electric will be maintaining our Generac and all our electrical needs on our farm in the future. I wanted to have a (GENERAC) generator installed and I tried contacting three other companies more local to my location from GENERAC website listed dealers, but with no responses. I then contacted Speedy Electric. Speedy contacted me back in less than 24 hours, my location was no issue, they came out and did an estimate the very next week and an install date was setup from that. The persons that came for the installation were on time and completed the installation, the gas work and the electrical connection without any issues. The cleanup after themselves & left my yard as they found it. Very happy with my experience and highly recommend Speedy Electric for any of your electrical needs.

We recently moved to Otterville and needed some electrical work done, including installing a generator. I honestly could not say enough nice things about the guys that showed up to our house. They all were so professional, well mannered, and just good, honest people. Brandon, Dylon and Jason were such a pleasure to deal with ---including always letting me know when to save my work on my computer when they did power interruptions.
