Installation typically takes about eight hours, with your hydro off for approximately four hours. Because we're required to coordinate with your hydro supplier and the Electrical Safety Authority for disconnect and inspection scheduling, lead time is usually within one month of your order.
All new Generac generators include a 5-year warranty: 5 years on the engine and alternator, 3 years on parts, and 2 years on labour and travel. As an authorized warranty dealer, we handle all warranty paperwork and submissions to Generac on your behalf.
