Annual Generator Service

This agreement shall be in effect for a period of

and may be terminated by either party within thirty days notice of service due date.

Your Generator Protection Plan becomes active once payment has been received. Membership is valid for one (1) year from the date of enrolment unless otherwise stated.

Annual Maintenance Service
Each plan includes one preventative maintenance visit per membership year.

Services may include (depending on your selected plan):

• Oil change
• Oil filter replacement
• Air filter replacement (if applicable)
• Spark plug replacement (if applicable)
• Battery load testing
• Transfer switch operation test
• Complete generator exercise under load
• Visual inspection of generator components
• Inspection of electrical connections
• Recording of engine run hours
• Service report documenting inspection findings

Remote Generator Monitoring
Advanced Care Plan and Premium Care Plan include Generac Remote Monitoring (Wi-Fi or LTE, depending on your selected plan). Remote monitoring requires:Compatible Generac equipmentActive internet connection (Wi-Fi models)Active LTE service (LTE models)Proper operation of the monitoring hardware. Speedy Electric is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet outages, cellular service interruptions, power failures, or equipment beyond our control.

Premium Protection Plan
The Premium Protection Plan includes:Battery replacement during your annual maintenance visit if testing determines replacement is required.One (1) non-warranty emergency service visit per membership year.The emergency service visit includes labour only. Replacement parts, consumables, and repairs required to restore operation are billed separately.Unused emergency service visits have no cash value and do not carry over into future membership years.

Additional Repairs
If your technician identifies any repairs that fall outside the scope of your maintenance plan, you will be notified before any additional work is completed. A quotation will be provided whenever possible.

Scheduling
Annual maintenance visits are performed during regular business hours (Monday to Friday).Speedy Electric will contact you to schedule your annual maintenance appointment only if requested, otherwise the annual service will be performed during the month due dependant on weather and location. If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Customer Responsibilities
To ensure a safe and efficient maintenance visit, customers agree to:Provide safe and unobstructed access to the generator and transfer switch.Keep the area around the generator free of snow, vegetation, or debris.Secure pets prior to the technician's arrival.Maintain an active internet connection for Wi-Fi monitored generators.

Exclusions
Generator Protection Plans do not cover:Repairs due to abuse, neglect, vandalism, flooding, fire, rodents, insects, lightning, or other acts of nature.Fuel supply issues. Installation deficiencies performed by others. Warranty repairs covered directly by the equipment manufacturer. Replacement parts not specifically included in your selected plan.Repairs outside the scope of routine preventative maintenance.

Plan Renewal
Your Generator Protection Plan is renewed annually.Speedy Electric will contact you prior to your renewal date to confirm continuation of your plan and anypricing updates.

Cancellation
Plans may be cancelled at any time before your annual maintenance appointment has been completed.Once annual maintenance has been performed, the yearly service has been fulfilled and no refund will beissued.If a battery has been supplied under the Premium Care Plan and the plan is cancelled within twelve (12)months of installation, Speedy Electric reserves the right to invoice the customer for the retail value of thebattery.

Service Findings
Routine maintenance is intended to reduce the likelihood of unexpected generator failures; however, itdoes not guarantee against future mechanical or electrical issues.If concerns are identified during your maintenance inspection, Speedy Electric will explain the findings andprovide recommendations for any necessary repairs.

Limitation of Liability
Speedy Electric Ltd. is not responsible for damages, losses, or inconvenience resulting from poweroutages, equipment failure, weather events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Plan Changes
Speedy Electric Ltd. reserves the right to modify pricing, plan features, or these Terms & Conditions. Anychanges will apply at the time of your next annual renewal.

Customer Acknowledgement
By enrolling in a Speedy Electric Generator Protection Plan, I acknowledge that I have read and understandthese Terms & Conditions and agree to the services, limitations, and responsibilities outlined above.
